Street League success in The Great Scottish Run

A group of Street League participants and staff exceeded themselves at the Great Scottish Run 10K on 7th September.The race was a huge success with all participants; Alan smith, Steven Logan, James Lloyd, David Watson and John McCann and staff making it through the finishing line at Glasgow Green between 45- 80min.

The abilities of the group ranged from individuals who participate in Street League football training every week to others who knew the 10K would be a challenge showing that anyone is welcome to develop within the street league community.

Mizuno generously gave 10 places to Street League participants allowing individuals to fundraise to support individual team’s development in Lanarkshire and Glasgow.Entries for the 2009 Great Scottish Run will officially open in March '09.
