Player Awards
The lunchtime break at the keenly contested Cup Competition offered Street League a chance to present awards celebrating the Winter 2007 season. Chief amongst these were the Players' Player Awards and the Coaches' Player Awards, for both men and women.

Anne Peacock of Six8Four Ladies, won the Women's Coaches' Player of the Year, though unfortunately she wasn't present to collect the prize. Bobby Philipou, also of Six8Four Ladies, was Women's Players' Player of the Year and was pleased to win the award, saying, "It's a honour to be voted for by my fellow players." Carlton McLeod, of Limegrove, was the coaches choice for Men's Coaches' Player of the Year. Sam Boampong, his coach, commented, "Carlton was awarded this prestigious award because of his attitude at training sessions and his attendance at sessions and training courses. I believe he epitomises the Street League Player." Hamza Mohammed was voted Men's Players' Player and had to be carried by his teammates to collect the award, having sprained his ankle in the morning's action.
