Street League works all year round to help young people stay active, positive and motivated. We know the benefits of regular sport and exercise, as well as social interaction and down-time. Now that we are all spending more time than ever at home and in isolation, we want to help you stay positive, healthy and connected.

Stay in at the Stay Inn - where we have games, challenges and ideas to keep you active, and all your support helps young people to overcome this crisis and find work. Be sure to follow Street League on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for fun fitness routines by Street League's Sports Coaches, using household items and creative challenges. Share your workout ideas and fundraisers with us and we will share them with the young people we support.

The 2.6 Challenge

On Sunday 26th April – what should have been the date of the 40th London Marathon - we’re asking you to take part in an activity of your choice based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 and fundraise or donate to support Street League via twopointsixchallenge.justgiving.com.

People of all ages are taking on The 2.6 Challenge with a host of activities – from walking, running or cycling 2.6 miles, juggling for 2.6 minutes, to holding online workouts with 26 friends. The ideas and options are endless!

Share your amazing challenge with us on social media using #TwoPointSixChallenge and #TeamStreetLeague

Walk to Work!

Make the most of your daily outdoor exercise and take part in our Walk to Work challenge. Work out how many miles you usually commute to work and challenge yourself to walk (or run/cycle) that distance in a week. If you're lucky enough to have a short commute, why not challenge yourself to take on that distance every day for a week, or a month, or walk that distance in your garden! Share your challenge to motivate others to get up and get active. Set up your Walk to Work fundraising page here and help young people walk into work.

Spell it out

Struggling to find the enthusiasm for an indoor workout? Spell out a different word each day with our alphabet workout. How quickly can you spell out 'Street League'?

Spend an evening at the Stay Inn

Social distancing doesn't mean no socialising. Make the ultimate night in and play the Stay-Inn quiz with colleagues, friends or family. Download your quiz questions here, and answer sheet here - no peeking!
