Street League Fundraising Terms & Conditions


By registering for this event on behalf of Street League you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:


  1. You must keep your account details safe. Keep your username and password secure at all times. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. You may close your account by emailing [email protected]
  2. The event may be run by a third party and your participation will be subject to the organiser’s own terms and conditions. We accept no liability for the organisation or management of the event.
  3. You have provided information about you and consent to Street League using this data. You understand that it will be necessary for Street League to share the data with event organisers in order to participate in an externally organised event. We do not sell or swap your details with any third parties, but in order to carry out our work we may need to pass your details to service companies authorised to act on our behalf.
  4. During the event you will be acting as an ambassador for Street League (especially if wearing a branded vest or t-shirt). We therefore ask that you conduct yourself accordingly and do nothing to bring the charity into disrepute.
  5. We accept no liability for any damage to any participant’s property. We accept no liability for any injury to any participant unless caused by Street League’s negligence.
  6. If you have any medical conditions or disabilities which may affect your ability to attend or complete the event we recommend that you consult a doctor or other healthcare professional.
  7. For a sponsored event, we ask that you collect in all sponsorship monies and pay them to us within 4 weeks of the event. Your fundraising pack will give you details of how to pay the money to us.
  8. If, at any time prior to the event, you no longer wish to attend, you must advise Street League as soon as possible.
  9. All attendees, participants, supporters and spectators, including friends and families who choose to attend the event confirm that they are happy for their names, video footage, photographs taken of them during the event to be used to publicise the event by Street League for commercial and fundraising purposes including, but not limited to marketing material, social media, advertising, publications, and other documents or mediums that may be made available to the public.
