Street League Achieves Prestigious Matrix IAG Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that Street League has successfully retained the Matrix Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) accreditation, a significant achievement that highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality support and guidance. The assessment for accreditation took place over three days in March and involved a thorough review of our English services. During this time, assessors conducted interviews with our staff, partners, and employers to gain insights into our operations. A wide range of criteria was examined, including the fulfilment of organisational strategy, the adequacy of our resources, the effectiveness of our service offerings, and the outcomes achieved for individuals. Customer satisfaction and our commitment to continuous improvement also played a key role in the evaluation.
